Congratulations NY State… anything for Equal Rights.

On the other hand; I do wish individuals educate themselves by picking up the OE dictionary or one of many credible forms of etymological sites in the www.

To read the definition of “marRiAGE”, and study with ones learned beliefs, asking the questions and searching for answers.

If you have been nurtured in one of the organised religions – It’s just like reading the Bible, theQur'an, Mahāyāna sutras, Torah - et cetera.

Question it?

Do not delay in reaching maturity when it comes to matters that controls and influence on how we should be and not be; in my case around 13 years old pretending to read and flick through my grandparents newspapers coupled with acquiring my own “Holy Bible” books of Old and New Testaments – cover and spine “gold” in colour and embossed – I know; in spite of everything I have possession of, with annotations some in red pen very sinful and doodles; no not that kind – I wish, I was that wicked.

What's more thanks to “Capitalism” – first families with TV in the region, first family with colour TV and Betamax in the neighbourhood. Furthermore; the “Lucky Country”; that’s right my folks really did it this time.

The remarkable times of my youth evolved in Northern Victoria, then the astonishing and significant times where at Art School, University, Museums, Galleries, Libraries, Studios, Café, Nite Clubs, Pubs and Recovery parties…residing in Prahran, Richmond, South Yarra, East Melbourne, Collingwood and West Richmond.

All have profound effects and essential times that nourished my beliefs and understanding on morality and immorality.

Yes! I inclined to have contrary beliefs to accepted moral principles.

My case in point is; much dialogue coming from both sides on this issue.
I have come across equally naive not so learned views.
Is it being unaccustomed to sexual and family politics?
A few has express confidence, but without validation.

Mark Grisanti the republican figure that Lady Gaga told her fans to send emails for him to support the NY Gay Marriage Bill – he also got a lot of hate mail…That country amuses me.

I do have an understanding on the views that Mark Grisanti (Republican) got critised on with regards to the used of the word “marriage” unlike him I do not have a “problem” with the term marriage itself.

To Mark Grisanti (Republican) NY; marriage is between a man and a woman.

I’m not dogmatically motivated. Nevertheless; I do think marriage is a societal agreement a fully endorsed contract by law fronted by religion and politics.

The institution that it is in which interpersonal relationships, usually intimate “love” and recognised in diverse of customs, reliant on the traditions or society it develop from. I respect that.

However; I must state that I never viewed these nuptials happen just because of love???

Individuals wed in various forms of rationales, together with emotional, religious beliefs, societal, economics, sexual, and to be legitimate.

A merger if you like. We are all familiar by way of a getting hitched, known as nuptials in a form of a wedding ceremony.

The event the most important time of the couples lives. Documented via certification signed and approved by law and blessed by thy faith.

CERTIFICATE “an official document that gives proof and details of something such as personal status, educational achievements, ownership, or authenticity.” by any definition.

Yes! I’ll be expecting and will expect; to be expected to deal with all matters concerning my beloved partner if the time comes.

Being a civilisation; we all belong to all kinds of government the “democratic” government I consigned to we pay taxes and we are structured to be positioned with the family which has a hierarchy; for instance father, mother, brother, sister, husband and wife et cetera.

We are sociologically ranked otherwise known as social pigeon-holing to be exact.

Honoured and very much mindful out of the ordinary, law “abiding” homosexual citizen and a bestowed consumer to this capitalist world.

“GAY MARRIAGE” do I support it? In unsophisticated terms YES!

In any marriage; do I support individuals who hand over themselves with reasons in various forms of rationales? YES!

If a certificate validates a relationship as next of kin or power of attorney, in common law,  mandate, in civil law systems - to have authorization to act on someone else's behalf in a legal or business matter when dealing with these bureaucrats or any institutions and associations.

Then YES!

“I DO” find this challenging; not being a multi-millionaire it will be an unpleasant matrimony and event.

“I DO” apologised now; if the time ever comes.

However; expect more than chicken or fish – no need to switch plates.

For BITTER OR WORK;…. I do….nt care.

I must say something ....‘Go Back To Where You Came From’

TV’s - SBS's three-part program ‘Go Back To Where You Came From’ has provoked a debate.
The show follows six conventional , ignoramuses , “Australians“ all have come to an agreement to confront their prejudices and notions on the refugees and asylum seekers and go for what seems to me an excursion that follows in contrary to that of the refugees journey to reach Australia.
I find this irritatingly silly and time wasting .The aphorism, expression or in my experience instances of some Bogan shouting at me.
I fiercely and ferociously position myself upright then laugh and retort… I HAVE; HAVE YOU? CAN YOU? … the fearless moronic Bogan shuffle along hurriedly almost smacking unto a bus shelter. I roared KILL YOURSELF… yes I know…
Back to the program - after 4 weeks the personalities all come to being empathetic as they have seen and experience the journeys of the refugees. That’s nice.
They now develop into celebrities for the lowest common denominator to look up too.
I see no blood, no tooth pulled out, or rape victims… the host then concludes “and now your journey is OVERRRR”. Sounds like any capitalist TV show catch phrase to me.
I have read the site http://www.sbs.com.au/shows/goback... and watch the final show.
Top ratings for sure, for SBS the stats are - The premiere proved most popular with people 35-54, however it also attracted a higher proportion of people 16-34 than the network average.

Some aspects of what Australia means to me;
I’m from the inner City of Melbourne residing 15 minutes walking distance to and from the CBD.  I’m a MELBOURNEAN, Victorian, Australian, with Filipino, Malay and Spanish/Portuguese heritage. I’m an Atheist with a Christian upbringing, and was choir boy. I’m a homosexual in a relationship for 15 years with an Australian of British/Scottish heritage.
Our families, friends and acquaintances are from nations belonging to six continents; they are Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America, and South America.
That is just some aspect of my means and support in this country.
Now we are all aware that flotillas of offenders send down under… is part of OUR history or the Far East, China, South East Asia, Polynesia? OK, not documented according to “White Australia” just scrubbed off…
I shall continue with an opinion and assessment on Asylum Seekers and Refugees, to compare with convicts.
I’m not at all in disbelief, but very much aware. This has been going on since Continental Europeans reach to this great southern land, the irrational fear of the “greasy”, ”garlic breath”, olive oil,  charcuterie devouring “wogs”; and others the followed the future residents  up to recent times.
The xenophobia (Pauline - Got it?) continues on…with the chillies, noddle slurping “slantly eyed” ching changs… to those hummus dipping, carpet kneeling, backpack wearing and the sheilas on them sheets – meaning the magnificent silk and linen scarves and even more recently those curry munchers. ...
Blah blah blah…
OK then;
Why not try? Eliminating all except the convict progenies – maybe by genocide  should be familiar as it was done to the inhabitants of this land “Tasmania”… maybe not teach at school or took a different elective or only completed year 8.
I ask the question???
What is Australia without the everyday things we all revel in?
Starting with Continental European nations - the Greeks, Italians. The Asians and beyond.
I’m sure you know that cappuccinos, Thai beef salad, tequila, brandy, champagne et cetera was not always in Pubs darlings…and in agriculture - who do you think lend a hand to grow bananas, cane fields, rice, tomatoes, garlic, onions, corn, truffles and what we throw some shrimp and chook on the barbie. … along with the corporate world who assist in teaching how to use the type writer and administrative procedures. Who are the benefactors?
Tell me what are you like?
Without the wonderful connections and more recently without the fabulous PINK MONEY sweetie darlings….What are you like? WHO?
I know…

Staying out is OUT and STAYING IN is IN.

The decision one makes to staying-in; epitomises my own autonomy. During my late teens to late twenties I never stayed in. I was always yearning for whatever was happening. The parties, the hung outs  in pubs, clubs, bars - the gigs, the opening of an exhibition the fashions parades, the collaborative creative projects and pilots with friends, acquaintances and the like. The happening just out there, wherever that was. I desired to be out-and-about.

These days I asked myself if the festivity, merrymaking, get-together, or event . Am I required - my neediness or do I feel like going? Undoubtedly I was going. Now; what to wear, what to bring how to behave, act and conduct myself. These are some decisions I attempt to construct and distinctly my own problem.

The conceptual notion of parties, get-together is invigorating. However; the real-world is not.

Staying in; is the contrary of a party or a happening. I can now grasped that staying-in nowadays undeniably a desire. I know; we all revel in catch up for drinks et cetera - at The Aviary or the two for one cocktails at The Vic distance around eight minutes walk from our place.

Individuals who very much pursue that tenuous event or happening party, will never comprehend of the pleasures of STAYING IN. Will never take the pleasures; in unforeseen gratification.

Instances; like cancellation and making up excuses. Slight afflictions like a headache. This then; allows you to robe in pyjamas, warm throws, woollen socks – being winter in Melbourne. Such illness directs the individual to the pantry and fridge for chocolates, crisp, cakes, cheeses, wine et cetera.

For I; ‘STAYING IN’ my lonesome has cultivated a particular subjects. The look and the outfit is critical. When such outfits are determined, I mutate to Manet’s Olympia or the original Titian's Venus of Urbino and desirably Ingres' Odalisque with a Slave set in exotic far-east

The notion for me to take a seat erect seems silly. I enjoy the thought of a NIGHT-IN with my lower and upper back and neck- totally relaxed and surrounded with my collection of cushions in contrasting ranges and designs made from the far-east that is the Ingres’ influence; mixed with new world designed cushions and the faux mink fur of acrylic made in China or the virgin wool and mohair tartan throw loomed in Scotland.

(In the background the TV is on; the series Winners & Loser’s set in Melbourne about four girlfriends who won the lottery – visually it shows Melbourne in a good way. The scene fat/red head friend calling other friends one being Anglo tall blonde corporate type the other oriental yet westernised and ‘cool’ - to hung out in a Melbourne beer garden with fake green grass and furnished in outdoor proof pine; pseudo Berlin bars, quasi South-East Asian/Polynesian in appearance. Plagued with individuals behaving badly; others more pitiful, a few with confidence without validation.) my point exactly...

Back to “staying in” - the fare, usually I prepare a more savoury treats and delicacies not yet tolerable for some unrefined palate and the unavoidable chocolates with a criterion to be dark and foreign - from conquistador subjugated nations. I like the entire environment the dwelling to have the aroma and memories of all the pleasant upbringing and the wonderful intimate moments in my solitude. I suppose this is just how our primeval descendant habitat sensed and felt. i like to think so...

I reason my unsociable staying-in; I merely engage in slothful and little upkeep in counteract to the circumstance that my partner and sister are away from home. Yet at that time, I am never totally alone from disruption and annoyance. The phone rings, nothing on the television worthy of my time. I attempt to stay put without success I start out being inspired by what I observe via reading and seeing whatever I have in the vicinity. I begin to create artistically or rearrangement something.

I only indulged in sufficient amount of alcoholic beverages. I’m not watching pointless television and most art house or foreign films on DVD’s duration is around two hours. I’m devouring rye toast with anchovies and pickled gherkins and of course fairtrade organic dark chocolate made in Germany.

Staying in, is the new going out. ???

In any case, my being is a desirable aspiration. Some person who reads this might sense I'm misusing my energy. However; my appetite is knowledge and cultivating myself throughout. I have more productive time being at home in comparison to dealing with small-talk in some gentrified pub or "trendy” bar serving mediocre food that makes my kitchen looks like an epicureans cornucopia three-star Michelin rank restaurant.

I have gone from cool to comfortable.

Advocating reclusiveness is not my intention, I have not become misanthrope, just a detachment.

I adore people and mostly interesting individuals.

OK I have tendencies to be elitist; but mainly centred on subsequent experiences.

OK Darlings...
